2026 TDC Equipment Donation Delivery & Removal Schedule
 

For those planning to donate equipment for use during the 2026 Louisiana Truck Driving Championships at the Cajundome in Lafayette, please review the equipment delivery and removal schedule below.

 

Delivering Donated Equipment:

All donated equipment must be delivered to the Cajundome equipment lot by 12:00 PM (Noon) on Thursday, June 18 and removed by 10:00 PM on Saturday, June 20.

Directions to Equipment Lot:

  • Take I-10 West
  • Exit onto LA 3184 (Bertrand Drive) South
  • Continue to Congress Boulevard
  • Turn left onto Congress Boulevard
  • Proceed to the North Entrance of the Cajundome (just past the main entrance)
  • Turn right into the equipment lot

A uniformed law enforcement officer will monitor the equipment lot throughout the event to provide security for all donated equipment.

 

Equipment Delivery Window
Thursday, June 18

  • 8:00 AM - Earliest drop off with security
  • 12:00 PM - Please have equipment on-site by noon

Location: Parking Lot Behind Cajundome

 

Equipment Removal Deadline
Saturday, June 20

  • 10:00 PM - Please have equipment removed from parking lot by this time.
