• Authored and passed HB 431, shifting Louisiana to modified comparative fault – a historic legal reform aligning our state with national standards and reinforcing personal accountability.

• Authored multiple key legal reform bills. 
• Passed legislation in 2024 to require discovery of third party litigation funding.
