LA DOTD TRAFFIC ADVISORY:

 

WHAT: All I-12 eastbound traffic at the I-10/I-12 split will be detoured overnight. 

 

WHEN: The closure and detour begin at 10 p.m. Friday, May 10, and will end at 5 a.m. Saturday, May 11.

 

HOW:  The detour for all I-12 eastbound traffic at the split will be I-10 eastbound to the Essen Lane exit, and north on Essen to the I-12 eastbound entrance ramp.

 

WHY: To allow crews to take down the old overpass as a part of the  College Flyover project.
