Help Represent Trucking on Louisiana’s Regional Planning Commissions

The Louisiana Motor Transport Association plays a vital role in shaping the future of our state’s infrastructure — and we’re looking for members to help lead that effort.
Our Executive Director, Renee Amar, serves on seven of the eight Regional Planning Commissions across Louisiana. These commissions decide which transportation projects move forward and receive state funding — making them critical to trucking’s future.
Because these meetings bring together local officials, business leaders, and community representatives, LMTA needs engaged members to ensure our industry’s priorities are heard and represented statewide.
