We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you regarding an opportunity to have your voice heard by the incoming administration of Governor-elect Jeff Landry. We are proud to announce that John Austin of Bengal Transportation in Geismer and Andy Guinn of Port Aggregates in Southwest Louisiana have been selected to serve on Governor-elect Jeff Landry's Transition Committee on Infrastructure. Congratulations to both of LMTA's Past Presidents!

This committee has just commenced its meetings and is actively seeking input and innovative ideas from professionals like yourself in the industry. This is a unique chance for you to actively participate in shaping the future of infrastructure in Louisiana.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to share your valuable insights, suggestions, and recommendations with John and Andy. Your input will be presented to Governor-elect Jeff Landry during their committee meetings.

Here are some key areas where your input is greatly needed:

• Do you operate in other states and like the way that state does things? 
• Does another state have a better permit process? 
• Does another state operate their scale houses better?
