The Louisiana Workforce Commission have partnered with the LMTA, Coastal Truck Driving School, Chamber Southwest Louisiana, and Seed Center Incubator to host a Transportation Industry Sector Convening in Lake Charles.
The LMTA invites all our members and those interested in joining us.
This event is an opportunity to learn about a Vocational Class A CDL, which will enable your employees to operate a variety of vehicles, including Truck-Trailers, Dump Trucks, Cement Trucks, and more.
Additionally, you will receive guidance on how to apply for the Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) offered by the State, which can help you recover most of your training expenses. The event offers flexible training hours and the option for onsite training.
