Truckers: This is the most pivotal election of our lifetime for the state of Louisiana to ensure that truckers can run their businesses and still turn a profit in the future. We have an opportunity to elect a state house and state senate filled with pro-trucker legislators. That means that you need to get out and vote! Not just you, but your employees! Please make sure that everyone knows the dates of the election and who you support and why. 

Take advantage of the opportunity to VOTE EARLY. Make sure your employees know about this opportunity and where to vote. 

• Early Voting dates: Nov 3-11. Excl. Nov 5 and 10. Times are from 8:30 am-6:00 pm.

• Request an absentee ballot: Nov 14 by 4:30 pm. You can request an absentee ballot online through our Voter Portal or in writing through your Registrar of Voters Office.
• Deadline to receive absentee ballot: The deadline for a registrar of voters to receive a voted absentee ballot is Oct. 13 by 4:30 p.m. (other than military and overseas voters).
• Election Day: Nov 18, 7 am-8 pm.
