2026 LMTA Annual Convention - Room Block Extended To Next Friday |
|
Hotel Room Block The block has been extended to next Friday, June 19, 2026. A reminder to register and book your stay before then. A link to the room block and discounted convention rate at The Lodge in Gulf Shores will be emailed to registrants upon completion of registration. Rooms starts at $290.00 and range to $330.00 a night under the block. NOTE: This hotel is ALMOST SOLD OUT! 2026 Truck Driving Championships - Event Details |

Volunteer Information: There is a mandatory Volunteer Meeting at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 18 in the Cajundome Arena. During this meeting volunteer jobs, shirts and hats will be distributed. A reminder email to all those who signed up to volunteer will be released later this week. ---------------------------------- Competitor Information: A email with all event details will be send to all competitors early next week. Below are details on meals during the competition as well as dress code information. If you have ANY questions regarding the competition, please contact lmta@lmta.la. ---------------------------------- Spectator Information: Course Seating & Viewing Areas For safety reasons, only approved volunteers, event personnel, and competing drivers will be permitted on the competition floor at any time. All spectators and guests must remain in designated viewing and seating areas. ---------------------------------- Tailgating, Outside Food, Cooking & Concessions Food & Concessions Please note that the Cajundome is a cashless venue. Notice to Carriers: LaGeaux Permit System Maintenance Notice |
|
Our partners at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) have notified us that the LaGeaux Permit System will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 3:30 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026, through the morning of Sunday, June 21, 2026. During this maintenance period, no permits will be able to be issued through the online system. Motor carriers and permit holders are encouraged to plan ahead and obtain any necessary permits prior to the start of the maintenance window to avoid disruptions to operations. |
