Could your business fall victim to the next nuclear verdict?
THE PROBLEM:
Many companies in our industry are facing an existential threat from abusive lawsuits. Trial lawyers, such as the "Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys," have weaponized the courts with Reptile Theory.
Their target is business, and their tactic has a hypnotic effect on jurors. Trial attorneys have abandoned justice in favor of a guaranteed payday from insured businesses. Small accidents reap settlements far out of proportion to actual damages. Meanwhile, the specter of a truly catastrophic loss – loss of life or limb – haunts us.
THE SOLUTION:
The solution is straightforward: education, proactivity, and aggressiveness with the Mongoose Method. But does it work? Let the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys tell you with their new webinar, "Caging the Mongoose: The "Newest" Method by Defendants to Avoid Accountability."
UNLEASH THE MONGOOSE AGAINST THE REPTILE!
Through our program Dr. Bill Kanasky, a national expert in witness training and jury psychology, shares the secrets behind the causes of nuclear verdicts and nuclear settlements. He will focus on what exactly trucking and transportation companies can do to protect themselves from these nuclear outcomes.
