Exhibitor Information

The 2026 Transportation Conference offers exhibitors a valuable opportunity to connect directly with transportation industry leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders from across Louisiana.

Exhibitor registration is $500 for the initial exhibitor, which includes one exhibitor table and event access. To secure your exhibitor table, please select the “Register” button, enter your information when prompted, and choose “Exhibitor Registration” under the Attendee Registration options. 

Additional exhibitor representatives may be added for $50 per person, allowing your organization to expand its presence throughout the conference.

Par-tee with Future Leaders

Kick off the 2026 Transportation Conference with an evening of networking and relaxed connection at Truckers & Top Golf, Par-tee with Future Leaders. This informal pre-event brings together LMTA members, conference attendees, and industry partners for a fun, low-pressure opportunity to engage before the full conference begins.

This event also serves as a dedicated networking opportunity for our Future Leaders, giving participants the chance to build relationships with industry professionals, develop new connections, and gain valuable insight from experienced peers.

Enjoy reserved bays, appetizers, beverages, and friendly competition while expanding your network and strengthening ties within Louisiana’s transportation community. It’s the perfect way to start the conversation before we dive into a full day of policy, infrastructure, and industry discussions.

Please note that this event requires a separate registration from the Transportation Conference.
