New this Year - Registration, Headshots & Testing:
Registration will open at 11:30 AM, with written testing beginning promptly at 1:00 PM.
New this year, all competitors will have professional headshots taken during registration. These photos will be used to identify competitors on the arena screens during Saturday's competition and, for first-place winners in each class, may be used for the National Truck Driving Championships. To help ensure a professional photo, competitors should arrive well-groomed and photo-ready. Hats will be removed for headshots, but glasses may stay on.
Please arrive early in the 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM block to ensure there is enough time to get an optimal photo.
At 12:45 PM, fifteen minutes prior to the competitor briefing, there will be a final call for all cell phones and electronic devices to be removed from the room. If you miss this call or choose not to participate, you are still responsible for ensuring that no prohibited electronic device is on your person during any portion of the competition. This includes cell phones, smart watches, smart glasses, and any other wearable electronic devices. Possession of a prohibited device at any time during the competition, including while in holding areas, will result in immediate disqualification from the Championships.
During registration, you will receive a competitor packet containing your contestant badge with your assigned contestant number. It is your responsibility to keep your badge and packet with you at all times, especially on Friday. Your packet will also include your written exam scoring sheet, which you must keep on your person for the written portion of the competition.
