Currently serving as the DOT Compliance Specialist at eRisk Solutions. I retired from the Louisiana State Police at the rank of Lieutenant after 27 years of service in 2021. Since 2008, I was part of the Transportation Safety Services within LSP where I supervised commissioned and civilian personnel performing new entrant safety audits, compliance review investigations, roadside inspections, towing & recovery enforcement and mobile weight enforcement. The last year of my career was spent coordinating the grant provided to the Louisiana State Police by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I've held certifications in NAS Part A, NAS Part B, General Hazardous Materials, Cargo Tank Inspection, Other Bulk Inspection, Compliance Review Investigations and New Entrant Safety Audits. I recently achieved a professional designation of a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) from the North American Traffic Management Institute.
