WEATHER FORECAST:

There is a chance of rain in the forecast for this year’s Gala. Please note that this is a rain-or-shine event. While we do have a covered dining area, it does not cover the entire pool deck, so plan accordingly. Any updates or changes will be shared via email, the event website, and our Facebook page. 

SEATING & "ASSIGNED" TABLES: 

Seating and table arrangement will feature rotating seating and not assigned tables. We ask guests, especially larger companies, not to "reserve" tables under the tent so those eating will be able to sit. There will be ample seating throughout the deck, with a variety of patio furniture and cabanas around the pool, a dance floor, and numerous high-top tables to mix and mingle.

CHECK-IN & WRIST BANDS:

During the Gala, help shape our message by voting for your favorite among seven unique sign designs — just place your three gold star stickers given at registration on the posters you love most. Want to take one home? Join the silent auction by placing a bid next to the design you want; winning posters will go to the highest bidders and be featured on our social media!

HALF & HALF REVERSE RAFFLE: 

Throughout the night, we will pull tickets for our half and half reverse raffle, where the last ticket, not the first, is the winner! There will be a limit of 200 tickets sold, with a prize of up to $5,000 given to the last ticket pulled. (PURCHASE REVERSE RAFFLE TICKETS IN ADVANCE)

PARKING DETAILS: 
Parking at the Hilton Capitol Center is available for hotel guests only. Valet parking is available for a separate fee. We encourage attendees to use a nearby pay-to-park lot or look for street parking.

These are all within a 5 minute walking distance to both the Hilton Capitol Center and the LMTA Office.

Start your Seafood Gala experience early with us at the LMTA Hospitality Suite, located right at our headquarters at 325 Florida Street! From 3:00 to 5:00 PM, enjoy complimentary cocktails, cold beer, and great conversation with fellow LMTA members and guests.

This year, we’re adding a special touch — a double-decker bus will be stationed out front for a fun, photo-worthy welcome! You’ll also have the opportunity to pick up your wristbands early to breeze through check-in later that evening.

Take a moment to explore our open office space and the planned trucking museum on the bottom floor, both open for viewing during the suite. It’s the perfect warm-up to a night of celebration!
