Join us for a great day on the green ahead of the 2026 LMTA Annual Convention. The Bill Clark Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Thursday morning at the beautiful Cotton Creek Course at Craft Farms in Gulf Shores.

Breakfast and lunch are included.

This tournament serves as a fundraising event for LMTA and is organized by Tournament Director Jamey Satawa.

Tournament Format

The tournament will be played as a 4-player scramble. Players will be divided as evenly as possible based on golfing ability, with each team consisting of one player from each category:

• A Player – Plays regularly and consistently shoots in the 70s or 80s
• B Player – Plays regularly and typically breaks 100
• C Player – Plays occasionally, hits a few great shots each round, but rarely breaks 100
• D Player – Enjoys the game, contributes a shot or putt here and there, and is primarily there for fun and fellowship

Calcutta Auction

To add an extra level of excitement and competition, a Calcutta Auction will be held Wednesday evening in conjunction with the Council of Past Presidents Reception.

Each 4-player team will be auctioned to the highest bidder, who will become the owner of that team.

• Minimum bid: $200 per team
• Players, sponsors, and attendees may bid individually or as a group
• Members of the team may purchase up to 50% ownership of their team after the auction concludes
• If no bids are received, team members will contribute $50 per player and own their team outright

Prize Pool Distribution

Funds raised through the Calcutta will be distributed as follows:

• 1st Place Team: 50%
• 2nd Place Team: 30%
• 3rd Place Team: 15%
• LMTA: 5% (to cover incidental expenses)

Important Notes

• Registration for the golf tournament is separate from LMTA Annual Convention registration.
• The tournament will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Please allow ample travel time to arrive, check in, and warm up before play begins.
