Due to final class size, this course has been moved from the LMTA office to the Hilton Capitol Center.

Class Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (both days)
The Hilton Capitol Center is located just two blocks from the LMTA office on Florida Street, less than a four-minute walk.
Important Notes
- In-Person Attendees: Please report directly to the Hilton Capitol Center. Course materials will be provided onsite.
- Virtual Attendees: If you have been approved for virtual attendance through NATMI, a Zoom link will be sent to you directly. Course materials will be mailed to you from NATMI.
LMTA staff will be onsite at the Hilton to assist, and personnel will remain at the LMTA office to direct anyone who may arrive there by mistake. If you have any questions, please contact allison@lmta.la.
The Fleet Accident Investigation course is for safety, risk management and loss prevention professionals responsible for controlling costs through a complete and thorough vehicle accident investigation. Participants develop skills in loss prevention, data collection and analysis.
This is a 2-day course for 1.0 CEU and 2 renewal points.
Course Benefits

- Recognize the causes of accidents and develop effective training to address those issues.

- Accurately review reports from law enforcement and insurance agencies for liability issues.
- Learn how to take usable photographs of accident sites.
- Learn to determine speed from on- and off-road tire marks.
- Gain the technical ability and confidence to investigate accidents through education and experience.
